Candied Ginger Espresso

Transform your espresso into a tantalizing treat with a surprising ginger twist.

Glass: Short, wide base glass

Garnish: candied ginger slice, mint sprig, dark chocolate shavings

Ingredients

1 shot L'OR Espresso Forza

1 shot milk foam

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

1-2 teaspoons ginger syrup

1 slice candied ginger

1 slab dark chocolate

Preparation:

    Shave the dark chocolate with a grater or knife.

    Foam up some milk as you would for a cappuccino.

  3. 3

    Pour the espresso shot into the glass.

  4. 4

    Pour the milk foam shot into the glass.

  5. 5

    Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream into the glass.

  6. 6

    Drizzle ginger syrup over the ice cream, to taste.

    Garnish with the candied ginger slice, mint sprig and chocolate shavings.

    Serve and enjoy.
