x Dried rose petals
x teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon sugar syrup

Place dried rose petals and sugar in equal proportions in a blender. Blend until you get a fine powder.

Cover the rim of the glass with a little sugar syrup.

Decorate the glass by gently placing it in the rose petal and sugar powder.

Froth the milk, just like a cappuccino.

Carefully pour the two shots of espresso into the glass, without touching the border made with the rose petal powder.

Place a teaspoon of milk foam on the surface of the double espresso to form a small pyramid.

Garnish the drink with a whole dried rose petal.
