Ingredients

For one ice cream sundae

2 cups of L'OR Espresso (any intensity 8 coffee will work. For example: (L'OR Forza, Onyx, Ristretto or Supremo would be perfect)

20 cl fresh whipping cream or prepared whipped cream

20ml fresh double cream

A dash of caramel syrup

Option: chocolate chips or cocoa powder to decorate

Preparing your café liégeois recipe
